Los Angeles Sparks win opening night game against Minnesota Lynx

Last night’s game marked the 15th year anniversary for the WNBA. (Wow I feel Old). The crowd was on their feet as the starting line up was introduced. And somewhere in the far distance were cheers for Mya Moore as the Lynx’s called their starting five. There’s no surprise there, the first draft pick of the WNBA left not even a spec of her game at UCONN. The 6ft (something) ended up with 21points for the night. Yet that was not enough to beat Candace Parker and the Los Angeles Sparks. Parker lead the team with 19pts and 21boards. Great Win ladies! More to come.
